British explorer Peter Frost and Peru’s new Machu Picchu

They say the site, Peru’s new Machu Picchu, which was already known to local people, may provide an unparalleled record of Inca civilisation, as the area was hardly touched by conquistadors when in Peru. The ruins, about 40 kilometres (25 miles) from the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu in Peru, are in an area where an Inca army held out against the 16th Century invaders.. http://ping.fm/gWhNr
